About the Show

Every business owner around this lake has a few little secrets. The things that make people keep coming back, that nobody ever thinks to ask about.

So I started asking.

I'm Ryan Webber. I live in Mooresville and I own Webber Marketing, a marketing company here in town. My wife and I own the law firm Thomas & Webber. I've built and sold two businesses of my own.

Every week I sit down with a local owner and we get into:

• Why their customers keep coming back
• How they grew the business
• What went wrong along the way, and how they got through it

Every business has the same story underneath. Everybody hits something hard. How you come back from it is the interesting part, and we might as well learn from each other.
